Jared Morrin mustered a 45 for Sharpsville.

ä Grove City 169, Mercer 174, Sharon 180 — At Spring Valley Golf Club, Ryan Prokay carded a 37 to earn medalist honors for the Eagles (2-2).
Lucas Clarke led Mercer (4-2) with a 38 while Bob Sherretts fired a 43 to pace the Tigers.

Brandon Kirk (43) led WM, Zeb Hutman (39) paced Linesville and Brandon Mosley (45) was the top linkster for Lakeview.

ä Pine Richland 210, Grove City 215 — At Treesdale Orchard Golf Course Wednesday, the hosts dropped GC to 1-2 in dual matches despite a fine 34 posted by Eagle Ryan Prokay.

GIRLS GOLF
ä Hickory 175, Meadville 181, Rocky Grove 225, Reynolds 232, Kennedy Catholic 239 — At Shenango Lake Golf Course, Heather Blair carded a 40 as the Hornettes won another Region 2 mega-match.
It was the first-ever home match for the Reynolds girls golf team.
Hickory leads the Region 2 points standings with 20, followed by Meadville (13), Rocky Grove (12), Kennedy Catholic (8 1/2) and Reynolds (6 1/2).
Kellie Cusick fired a 54 to lead Reynolds while KC’s Caroline Collins carded a 47. Independent Sara Bonanni of Sharpsville shot a 45.
Hickory: Blair 40, Olivia Landino 44, Katie Lyons 45, Hilary Landfried 46.
Reynolds: Cusick 54, Lorrie Lehman, Marie Yarzab 58s, Morgan Pierce 62.
