The football jersey No. 43, once worn by Farrell legend Julius McCoy, was officially retired Saturday during a special memorial service for McCoy at Farrell High's E.J. McCluskey gymnasium. The announcement was made by Farrell High football coach Jarrett Samuels and school board member Lester Robinson.

McCoy is arguably the greatest all-around athlete in the history of Mercer County.
