New Life Covenant plans event for young women
SHARON — Young women ages 12 through 18 can attend “Un-Wrap Educational Beauty: Natural & Spiritual” at 6:30 p.m. today and 10 a.m. Saturday in New Life Covenant Church, 807 Spruce Ave.
Lakia Gordon, daugher of Prophetess Jennifer Perry-Campbell, will speak. The 2002 Farrell High School alumna was a member of the volleyball team.
She lives in Newport News, Va., and attends Cornerstone Assembly of God, where she is a mentor and teacher in the Girls of Faith Ministry.
Central Christian sets monthly men’s breakfast
HERMITAGE — A monthly men’s breakfast is set for 9 a.m. Saturday in Central Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), 218 Meadowbrook Road.

Clergy Women to meet in Ruth A.M.E. Zion
SHARON — Interdenominational Clergy Women Alliance of the Shenango Valley will hold its monthly meeting from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday in Ruth African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church, 95 Connelly Blvd.
Evangelist Deborah Lewis-Sanders will speak on praise and worship. All women in ministry are welcome, and those interested in being a charter member should submit an application at the meeting.

SHARON — Community Prayer Band will meet at 6 a.m. Sunday in Ruth African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church, 95 Connelly Blvd.
Greater Mount Zion alters schedule this week
FARRELL — Greater Mount Zion Church of God in Christ, 1825 Roemer Blvd., has changed its service times for this Sunday only.
Sunday school will be at 9 a.m. and morning worship, 10 a.m. There will be no Morning Manna.
