• A 16-year-old boy and a 15-year-old boy were charged at about 7:30 a.m. Wednesday with vandalism in the 7200 block of Stewart-Sharon Road, Masury, police said.

• A 16-year-old boy and a 15-year-old boy were charged at about 7:30 a.m. Wednesday with vandalism in the 7200 block of Stewart-Sharon Road, Masury, police said.

• Jessica A. Serbin, 23, of 7250 Stewart-Sharon Road, Masury, was charged at about 3:30 p.m. Tuesday with theft in the 7100 block of Warren-Sharon Road, police said.

Grove City

• Someone sent an anonymous, threatening letter Thursday to a Greenwood Drive man regarding stray cats around his home, police said. Anyone with information should contact police.

• Someone stole registration information the week of Sept. 9 from two vehicles parked in a driveway in the 200 block of College Avenue, police said. Insurance information was stolen from one, also.

Hermitage

• Elizabeth Wagner, 80, of 295 Donald Road, was treated at the hospital of Sharon Regional Health System following a two-car crash at 1:41 p.m. Thursday at East State Street and North Kerrwood Drive, officials said.

Melvin Sayers, 78, of 1526 Charles St., Hermitage, was eastbound when he tried to make a left turn onto Kerrwood and his vehicle collided with one driven by Jacob Wagner, 84, of 295 Donald, police said. Wagner was westbound on State, police said.

Sharon

• Dustin Hahne, 18, of 360 N. Sharpsville Ave., Sharon, was cited for harassment at 10:30 p.m. Monday in the 300 block of North Sharpsville, police said.
