• Two people were hurt in a crash at 4:47 p.m. Wednesday on Clarksville Street at Kilbourne Road in West Salem Township.

Merle W. McClimans of U.S. Route 322, Jamestown, slowed his vehicle for traffic when it was rear-ended by a vehicle driven by Sayyed K. Aghazadeh of College Avenue, Greenville, police said.

Police didn’t say if they were taken to a hospital.

• A 14-year-old Sharon girl who went missing Saturday afternoon has been found, police said.

Sharpsville

• Paula Gibson, 48, of 369 S. Eighth St., Sharpsville, was charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct after police said she hit, scratched and bit a 44-year-old man early Thursday morning in the 300 block of Eighth Street.

State police

• Joanna L. Phillips, 36, of Niles, Ohio, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and for having a partially obscured license plate during a traffic stop at 10:12 a.m. Sept. 27 on Interstate 80 in Shenango Township, police said.
