• Someone stole a laptop computer Sept. 11 from a home in the 600 block of Liberty Street, police said this week.

• A Rutledge Road resident reported at 3:45 p.m. Monday that someone broke into their home and stole $60 and about $3,800 worth of jewelry, police said.

• Someone stole a shop vacuum, golf clubs and a golf bag prior to Monday from a garage in the 100 block of Smith Avenue, police said.

South Pymatuning Township

• Willie J. Kirk Jr., 46, Buckeye Drive, South Pymatuning Township, was charged with simple assault under the domestic violence act, making terrorist threats and disorderly conduct after a dispute with a woman at 8:40 a.m. Tuesday in the 1900 block of Buckeye, police said.

• Someone stole two chainsaws worth $400 between Sept. 29 and Monday after breaking into a garage on Reiber Road, Lackawannock Township, police said.
