South Pymatuning Township

• Dennis Paul Michael, 35, Jackson Township, was arrested just after midnight Sunday in the 5000 block of Tamarack Drive after police said he committed a lewd act while standing on the street.

Police said Michael, who was wanted in Trumbull County for a probation violation, was arrested without incident, then taken to Mercer County Jail.

• Mary J. Emmett, 25, of 6760 Seneca Road, South Pymatuning Township, was taken to the Greenville lockup early Sunday after police said she fought with them when they tried to arrest her. Police said Ms. Emmett was walking along Seneca and was seen falling into a ditch at about 3 a.m.. When police tried to get personal information from Ms. Emmett, they said she threatened and swore at them and fought with them when they tried to get her into a cruiser.
