• Someone broke into a home at 312 College Ave. between Aug. 18 and Saturday. Nothing was taken and it appears the burglar spent a night inside, police said.

• Jordan Patrick Ruddy, 21, of 610 Riverside Ave., Grove City, was charged Thursday with accidents involving death or personal injury, speeding, failure to give information and render aid, three license violations, driving with suspended registration, driving on wrong side of roadway and driving on roadways laned for traffic for a July 30 accident on East Main Street near Liberty Street, police said.

• Someone stole a purse containing three bottles of Vicodin, Oxycodine and muscle relaxers from a car parked at 221 Jackson St. between 1:30 and 3:30 p.m. Wednesday. The purse was recovered without the prescription painkillers behind a business at 119 S. Broad St., police said.

Pymatuning Township

• David M. McCarl, 20, of 49 N. Second St., Greenville, was charged with possession of a small amount and marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at 11:59 p.m. Sunday at a home on 12th Street, police said.

• Someone stole an Industry, Pa., man’s red Blackberry worth $500 around 8:35 a.m. Sunday after he accidentally left it inside Sheetz, 270 Edgewood Drive Extension, police said.

Sharon

• Someone stole a canvas roof from a portable gazebo and a handtruck between 11 p.m. Saturday and 7:30 a.m. Sunday from the back yard of a home in the 800 block of Baldwin Avenue, police said. The items are worth $300, police said. Police said the thief likely intended to take the whole gazebo, which was found partially disassembled.

• Elizabeth Baun, 18, of 4060 Orangeville Road, South Pymatuning Township, and four juveniles were each cited for trespassing about 3 p.m. Sunday at a vacant house in the 200 block of Russell Street, police said.

The other teens were a 17-year-old and a 15-year-old girl from Sharon, a 17-year-old boy from Hubbard and a 16-year-old boy from Sharon who was also charged with possession of marijuana, police said.

• Someone stole a 32-inch flat-screen television, three Xbox 360 game consoles and new children’s clothing between 3 and 6 p.m. Saturday from a home in the 400 block of South Oakland Avenue, police said. The items are worth more than $1,200.
