• Marco A. Giovanni, 20, of Lake Milton, Ohio, was charged at about 10:30 a.m. Aug. 15 with underage drinking and picked up on a warrant in the 1800 block of state Route 7, police said.
• James C. Daniels, 28, of 8110 Warren-Sharon Road, was charged at about 9:30 p.m. Aug. 16 with vandalism, domestic violence and resisting arrest after an incident in the 1200 block of S. Albright McKay Road, police said.
• Jeremy Yankevich, 28, of 1489 N. Water Ave., Hermitage, was charged at about 2 a.m. Sunday with possession of drugs and picked up on a warrant at Broadway Avenue and Elm Street, Masury, police said.
• Timothy M. Borden, 32, of 7829 Elm St., Masury, was charged with petty theft at about 12:50 p.m. Tuesday in the 7200 block of Warren-Sharon Road, police said.
Greenville-West Salem Township
• Two juveniles were cited for underage drinking about 10 p.m. Thursday at a home at 18 Tanner Road, West Salem Township, police said.
• Two people were hurt in a two-vehicle crash at 12:12 p.m. Thursday at Conneaut Lake and Williamson roads, West Salem Township, police said.
Tiffany Watt, Jamestown, stopped her eastbound vehicle at the stop sign on Williamson and pulled into the path of a vehicle heading south on Conneaut Lake driven by Kriston Hamilton, Meadville, police said.
Ms. Hamilton told police she was unable to stop her vehicle to avoid hitting Ms. Watt’s. Both women were taken to UPMC Horizon, Greenville for treatment of minor injuries, police said.
A nursing supervisor said Friday neither of them were listed as patients.
Hermitage
• Frederick L. Hugley, 53, of Warren, Ohio, has been arrested on charges of theft and conspiracy to commit theft.
Hugley ran a quick-change scam at July 15 at McDonald’s, 2066 E. State St., and got a way with $60, police said. He bought coffee and kept asking for differing amounts of change, confusing the clerk, police said.
Hugley also ran a quick-change scam July 24 at Tic Toc Food Mart, 4195 E. State St., getting away with $50, and stole an envelope containing $205 Jan. 24 from Dunkin’ Donut, 3560 E. State St., police said.

• Someone stole a TV and two guns worth about $2,250 sometime between 11 a.m. and 5:45 p.m. Wednesday from a home on Barkeyville Road in Pine Township, police said.
• Someone stole two catalytic converters sometime between Monday and Tuesday on Jackson Center-Polk Road in Stoneboro, police said.
• Shannon L. Rickman, 37, of Sandy Lake, was charged at about 2 p.m. Thursday with harassment and retail theft after trying to steal several items and pulling an employee’s hair in a store in the 2400 block of Mercer Street, Lake Township, police said.
• Someone stole a gas furnace sometime between June 8 and Aug. 11 from a vacant home on Perry Highway in Sheakleyville, police said.
