• Jabrae Perry, 31, of Youngstown, has been charged with forgery, criminal attempt and conspiracy for trying to pass a $100 counterfeit bill at 5:37 p.m. Tuesday at AutoZone, 2975 E. State St., police said.
Perry left the store with the bill after a clerk discovered it was counterfeit, police said. Southwest Mercer County Regional police found Perry in Farrell with three counterfeit $100 bills, police said.

• Talen Robinson, 32, of 170 W. Budd St. and Ashley Ramsey, 18, of 433 Orchard St., were charged with harassment about 7 p.m. Monday at Ramsey’s home, police said.
• Adrian Baker, 31, of 831 Ravine Place was charged with harassment about 4 a.m. Tuesday at 476 North St., police said.
State police
• Andrea M. Kondos, 43, of 212 Carrier Road, Pymatuning Township, was charged with unsworn falsification and a firearm violation for lying on an application to buy a revolver June 9 at a Hermitage firearms dealer. An involuntary commitment renders her ineligible to possess a firearm, police said.
• Someone stole a .308-caliber Winchester rifle with a scope between 6 p.m. July 6 and 10 a.m. Monday from a property at the 200 block of Hartwick Road, Findley Township, police said. The rifle was taken from a gun rack in the victim’s garage.
