Grove City
• Larry Snow Jr., 38, of 302 N. Center St., punched a woman in the chest during an argument at about 9:15 p.m. June 26, police said. He is charged with summary harassment, a district court spokeswoman said.
State police
• Rebecca L. Edwards, 52, Holland, Pa., drove off the road and hit a culvert and utility pole at about 5 p.m. Monday on U.S. Route 62 in Coolspring Township, police said.
Eleanor R. Cousins, 90, Mercer, was a passenger in Ms. Edwards’ car and was taken to UPMC Horizon, Greenville, for a minor injury, police said.
• Thomas Clyde Clark, 27, of 7 Loper Road, Perry Township, was charged with summary harassment after calling another Perry Township man and using obscene language, police said.
