Brookfield
Glenn D. Williams, 54, of 954 N. Albright McKay Road, was charged about 10:05 a.m. Saturday with falsification after he reported his car stolen to Brookfield police after he crashed it at 2:03 a.m. Saturday at the Shenango Valley Freeway and Connelly Boulevard in Sharon and leaving the scene, police said. Williams was cited by Sharon police for accidents involving damage to unattended property, abandoning a vehicle and failing to notify police of an accident.
A 17-year-old Edinburg boy was charged at about 10:20 a.m. Saturday with receiving stolen property after a trailer and portable toilet police say he stole from the New Castle area was found in the 8100 block of Addison Road, police said.
Pymatuning Township
Donald E. Guthrie Jr., 18, of 7792 Rose Ave., Masury, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia at 12:26 a.m. Saturday at the state Route 18 access area of the Shenango River Lake, after police saw some people fishing there, police said.
Sharon
Amanda L. Torr, 31, of 380 Cohasset Drive, Hermitage, was charged with simple assault and possession of drug paraphernalia after police said she punched a man in the face at 11:24 p.m. Saturday in the 300 block of Sterling Avenue, police said.
While the man was being treated at the hospital of Sharon Regional Health System, Ms. Torr showed up and police found a crack pipe on her while taking her into custody, police said.
Theresa J. Odem, 44, of 1141 Fruit Ave., Farrell, was charged with criminal mischief, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct about 11 p.m. Friday in the 300 block of Quinby Street after she damaged a mans vehicle with a two-by-four, police said.
Lee Harrison Smith, 41, of 1701 Roemer Blvd., Farrell, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at 2:32 a.m. Saturday in the 200 block of Liberty Street, police said.
Someone stole a Florida mans trailer and air compressor sometime in the past two weeks from Mack Way, police said.
Someone entered an unlocked home between 10 p.m. Friday and 12:30 a.m. Saturday in the 200 block of Ormond Avenue and stole a laptop computer, video game systems and numerous games, police said. The items are valued at a total of $2,550.
Someone stole a Craftsman power washer worth $300 to $600 sometime between 5 p.m. Sunday and 6:45 a.m. Monday from a garage in the 500 block of South Oakland Avenue, police said.
Greggory Zyak, 29, of 286 Baldwin Ave., Sharon, was charged with bad checks for writing a $209 check to a Vine Avenue florist Feb. 13 on a closed account, police said.
State police
Someone stole 20 shrubs and 45 potted plants worth about $189 sometime before 2:30 p.m. Friday from a Wilmington Township, Lawrence County, business, police said.

Richard A. Bayak, 47, of 205 Coal Hill Road, Pymatuning Township; at about 6 p.m. Friday at Coal Hill and Good Hope roads.
Mercer County sheriff
David L. Lambert Jr., 35, of Greenville, Monday on a bench warrant for failing to appear for a preliminary hearing April 21 at the office of District Judge Ronald E. Antos, Farrell, on a Hermitage police charge of theft.
Sharon
Tasha T. Owens, 31, of 330 N. Oakland Ave., Sharon; at 12:23 a.m. Saturday on a warrant for failing to appear in court.
Jeffrey J. Watkins, 33, of 103 Fourth Ave., Sharon; at 2 a.m. Monday on a warrant for failing to respond to a harassment citation from an incident in December.
