— Grove City

• Richard W. Orlowski, 50, of Grove City, was treated at Grove City Medical Center, Pine Township, after veering his car off the road to avoid a deer at about 7:30 a.m. Thursday on Centertown Road in Pine Township, police said.
State police

• Someone broke into a garage on Main Street in Fredonia at about 1 a.m. Thursday and stole two mountain bicycles and an electric router valued at a total of $234, police said. Both are 26-inch men’s bikes; one is red and the other, silver.
• Someone opened checking and savings accounts between April 10 and 20 using an East Lackawannock Township man’s identity, police said.

• Julius D. Hopson, 38, of 928 Beechwood Ave., Farrell; at 12:26 a.m. Friday by Sharon police on a warrant from the district attorney’s office and for harassment.
• Frank Stefanosky, 21, of 148 Parkview Drive, Clark; at 12:32 p.m. Thursday by Sharon police on a warrant for criminal conspiracy.
• Jessica A. Taylor, 22, of 711 S. Oakland Ave., Sharon; at 10 p.m. Thursday by Sharon police on a warrant for unpaid fines on a harassment charge.
