An 84-year-old Harrisville-area woman died after a head-on car crash at 1:27 p.m. Thursday on state Route 208, Pine Township, that sent her and another man to the hospital.

Lydia L. Reeder crossed into oncoming traffic and hit a car driven by Roger Lee Campbell, 46, Montgomery, Pa., according to state police.

Campbell, who along with Ms. Reeder was taken by ambulance to Grove City Medical Center, Pine Township, was treated, said a hospital spokeswoman.

Ms. Reeder was not wearing her seatbelt, according to police.
