Mercer County Drug Task Force

• Matthew S. Melhorn, 27, of 1309-1 Bend Road, Jefferson Township, has been charged with delivery and possession of Oxycontin and conspiracy to commit delivery, police said.

Melhorn sold eight pills to a confidential informant for $100 at 6:15 p.m. Feb. 13 at 2381 S. Hermitage Road, police said. The deal was set up by Bradley M. Difrischia, 21, of 129 Fairmont Drive, who also has been charged, police said. The informant drove Difrischia from Greenville to Hermitage to make the deal, and then back again, police said.

• Carmen F. Dinardo, 32, of 251 Liberty St., Sharon, has been charged with delivery and possession of morphine pills and criminal use of a cellular telephone, police said.

Dinardo sold five pills to a confidential informant for $100 Jan. 28 at 40 S. Water Ave., Sharon, police said.

DRUNKEN DRIVING ARREST

Pymatuning Township

• Jeffrey Wayne King, 43, of 67 Erie St., West Middlesex; at 2:45 a.m. Wednesday on state Route 18 near Thomason Road, South Pymatuning Township; also charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
