An East Lackawannock Township man is accused of exposing himself to an employee in the Movie Gallery in Grove City on three separate occasions.
Lance Evan Harris, 44, of 701 N. Stonebase Road, is charged with indecent exposure, open lewdness and disorderly conduct.
The victim told police that Harris approached the register on April 30 to rent his movies and made exaggerated movements like reaching into his pockets and pulling his shirt away from the front of himself.
She looked down and saw that his zipper was down and his penis was hanging out, police said.
She told police he pulled up his zipper after he left the store.
The victim told police that Harris had done similar things on Feb. 12 and March 18.
In both cases, she said, he waited until he could get her alone at the register, made gestures to get her to look down toward his crotch, and his genitals would be outside his pants and exposed.
Harris denied the February and March incidents. He told police his zipper may have been down for the third incident, but that his genitals were not outside his pants.
The victim said she told her boyfriend, who was in the store during the April 30 incident, and he caught up with Harris at Dairy Queen and told him the police had been called.
Afterward, the victim told police, Harris drove back to the store and tried to talk to her. She told him repeatedly to leave and he said, “I’m sorry” and “let’s talk” over and over, police said.
Harris told police he did go back to speak to the woman after being confronted by a man at Dairy Queen, they said.
