Nathan J. Doyle of Grove City Road, Slippery Rock, formerly of 1195 Walnut St., Stoneboro, died unexpectedly Saturday (5-17-08). He was 27.
A son of David E. and Barbara J. Perrine Doyle, he was born June 7, 1980, in Sharon.
He was a 1999 graduate of Lakeview High School, where he loved playing basketball for the Sailors.
He attended the Behrend campus of Pennsylvania State University, Erie, and graduated in 2004 from Slippery Rock University with a degree in management and marketing.
While in high school, Nathan worked at County Market and also worked at Giant Eagle in Slippery Rock while in college.
He was currently employed by Staab Roofing of Slippery Rock.
Nathan was an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Penguins.
He is survived by his parents in Stoneboro; a sister, Hannah E. Doyle, Pittsburgh; a brother, Phillip A. Doyle, Chicago; his maternal grandparents, Thomas and Lois (Montgomery) Perrine, Stoneboro; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Broderick and Ellen Doyle.
