William P. Werth, Hermitage, died Saturday, May 10, 2008, in UPMC Horizon, Farrell. He was 66.
Mr. Werth was born March 26, 1942, in Butler, a son of Richard P. and Gertrude Gibson Werth.
He was a self-employed cross-country trucker. He and his wife also co-owned their own business as dispatchers for Coleman Trucking, Sharon.
Surviving are: his loving wife of 22 years, Melissa Ayers Werth, Hermitage; two sons, Brett and Todd Werth; a daughter, Mrs. Roger (Cindy) Cooney; and two grandchildren, all New Jersey; two stepchildren, Shonda and Sam Urmson; and a grandson, Jake, all Niles, Ohio; and his parents, Richard and Gertrude Werth, Butler.
Also surviving are: his brothers and sisters, James and Judy Werth, Lake Mary, Fla.; Robert and Rita Werth, Las Vegas; John and Mary Kay Werth, Amherst, Ohio; Thomas and Debbie Werth, Butler; Carol and Michael Greenberg, Merced, Calif.; and Joyce Werth, Modesto., Calif.
