Virginia ‘Ginny’ Ann Davis Walker

— Virginia “Ginny” Ann Davis Walker, 450 Laury Lane, New Wilmington, passed away at 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 30, 2008, in her residence. She was 73.
Mrs. Walker was born Dec. 26, 1934, in Fredonia to David and Evelyn Rodemoyer Davis.
She was a graduate of Mercer High School, class of 1952.
Mrs. Walker loved traveling and gardening and was a member of New Wilmington Bridge Club and Grove City Country Club.
She also belonged to New Wilmington United Methodist Church.
A homemaker, Mrs. Walker took great pride in her home and garden.
Her husband, Dale A. Walker, whom she married Aug. 4, 1960, survives at the residence.
Also surviving are a son, Christopher D. Walker, Orange County, Calif.; a brother, Dale Davis, North Canton, Ohio; and a sister, Bernice Julian, Greenville.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Daniel Walker, in 2004; a brother, Ivan Davis; and a sister, Lillian Davis.

Interment: Fair Oaks Cemetery, New Wilmington.
