Hannah J. Zuschlag of 110 Fredonia Road, Hempfield Township, passed away at 3:45 a.m. Thursday, May 1, 2008, in White-Cliff Nursing Home, Hempfield Township. She was 87.
Mrs. Zuschlag was born March 9, 1921, in Otter Creek Township to Arthur and Emma Pfaff Kitch.
She retired from Andover (Ohio) Industries.
Hannah was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Greenville and enjoyed gardening and quilting.
Her husband, William Zuschlag, whom she married April 20, 1950, passed away June 28, 1997.
Surviving are: two daughters, Donna Klemis, Sharon; and Mary Danko, Northport, Fla.; two sons, Henry Zuschlag and his wife Linda, Greenville; and Edward Zuschlag, Vidor, Texas; a brother, Virgil Kitch; and a sister, Pearl Snyder, both Greenville; and 14 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.
Besides her husband, Hannah was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, James and Harry Kitch; and two sisters, Helen Sorg and Hazel Wheeler.
