Dr. M. Craig Beaudis, a podiatrist with Ankle and Foot Care Centers and the UPMC Horizon Center for Wound Treatment, will be a guest speaker at 7 p.m. Nov. 9 at the Mercer County Diabetes Support Group.
Dr. Beaudis will present information on ankle and foot care for diabetics.
The Mercer County Diabetes Support Group meets the second Monday of the month in Assembly Room A at UPMC Horizon’s, Greenville.
Support groups
Circle of Support, a support group for parents and families of children with kidney disease, meets from 7 to 9 p.m. tonight and the third Wednesday of each month at Panera Bread in Hermitage.

Emmanuel Christian Church, 4495 Greenville-Sandy Lake Road, Stoneboro, holds grief support meetings at 7 p.m. the first Tuesday of each month.
Fundraisers
Friends of the Library are having a book sale from 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Oct. 28; 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Oct. 29; and 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Oct. 30 and 31 at Community Library of the Shenango Valley, East State Street at Sharpsville Avenue in Sharon.

Lakeview United Methodist Women will hold their annual bazaar from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 6 at Sandy Lake Borough Building.
Lunch will be available for $4 and includes hot sandwich, soup and drink. Homemade pie will be $1.50 per serving. Vegetable or potato soup will be sold for $3.50 a quart.
