Bridge Lessons for Kids set in Hermitage
HERMITAGE — Bridge Lessons for Kids is set for June 16 through 20 in Hermitage Schools Parks and Recreation Summer Program in the Hermitage municipal building.
Fifth- through eighth-graders will take part from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.; and ninth- through 12th-graders from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.
Weekly “practice and play” sessions will continue from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Thursdays.
Registration sheets are available in the Hermitage Municipal Building. There is funding for those unable to pay the $15 cost.

Area youngsters can take part in Camp Cadet
BUTLER — Twelve-- through 15-year-olds from Mercer and Lawrence counties can take part in Pennsylvania State Police Troop D’s Camp Cadet from Aug. 10 through 15 at Camp Lutherlyn in Prospect, Butler County. July 20 is the application deadline; cost is $30 for each cadet attending.
