Spring has arrived and our thoughts are already turning to summer.

Those who are on a fair board or are helping to plan summer festivities are asked to submit information to Kelley Dorus at The Herald by 4 p.m. Monday for publication at the end of May in the Mercer and Lawrence Counties Summer Fun Guide.

• A few highlights, such as entertainment and contests
