Mr. and Mrs. Nick Scarmack, 1047 Fruit Ave., Farrell, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a service Nov. 24 in Our Lady of Fatima Church, Farrell; a dinner celebration in Lighthouse, Sharon, followed by a gathering at home with friends and family.

Mr. Scarmack and the former Mary Ruffo were married Nov. 24, 1956, in Our Lady of Fatima by the Rev. Joseph Ciaiola.

Mr. Scarmack retired from Sharon Steel Corp., Farrell.

Mrs. Scarmack is a homemaker.

Their children are Patsy, Columbus, Ohio; Paula Boyle, Reynoldsburg, Ohio; Mark, Logan, Ohio; Julie Mesaros and Joseph, both Sharon; Nicky, Berlin, Pa.; and Tina, Farrell. Their daughter, Kathryn, is deceased.

Six grandchildren and a great-grandchild complete the family. One grandchild is deceased.
